Suggestions for further work

The research acknowledges the complexity of the problem with a range of seemingly interconnected factors and is clear that there are unlikely to be any simple solutions. The universities suggest a range of actions to help to better understand and therefore start to address this longstanding pattern.

There are specific actions for different stakeholders, including for the SRA, for law firms and an opportunity to learn from others.
